What Your Donation Accomplishes In Our Community
A gift of: $15 provides one crisis counseling session by phone. $25 provides one community education program to 20 people. $50 provides 10 packets of materials for survivors or their loved ones. $100 provides art supplies and children's activities for our childhood trauma room. $150 provides one-on-one support to a victim in crisis who has been hurt within the past week. $250 provides accompaniment and advocacy for a survivor through the first stages of the medical/legal systems. $500 provides counseling for one survivor and the survivor's family (15 sessions). $750 covers the cost to educate 150 people on the issue of violence, helping to prevent abuse in the lives of children, teens, and adults. $1,000 will ensure that a trained counselor is on call to answer our 24-hour hotline for one month. $2,500 covers four months of outreach to underserved populations in our County. $5,000 covers the cost to expand and maintain our childhood trauma room to better serve children and adult survivors of childhood abuse. $10,000 will allow 1,200 high school students to participate in our "Ending Cycles of Violence" program. As a more gradual way of payment and a great way to rack up frequent flier miles, some of our donors choose to make monthly credit card installments on their initial pledge.
