Rape Trauma Services needs your support! We are the only organization in San Mateo County,
with a population of more than 700,000, working to prevent sexual assault, end cycles of
violence, and support trauma survivors. We are a non-profit organization providing a variety
of services to children and adults who have been directly or indirectly hurt by the trauma
of rape, sexual abuse, assault, and or sexual harassment.
Our programs and services would not be possible without the support of our many dedicated donors. Please consider joining them by making a donation. Rape Trauma Services Recognizes its Community Partners On behalf of the community of San Mateo County, Rape Trauma Services sincerely thanks Kingston Technology Company, Inc. for its generous donation to support the agency's programs. Headquartered in Fountain Valley, California, Kingston is the world's largest independent manufacturer of memory products for desktop computers, notebooks, servers, workstations, laser printers, digital cameras and hand-held computers. Based on its core values of honesty, compassion, and respect, Kingston dedicates their charitable giving program to supporting various community needs. Kingston's contribution to RTS will add to the agency's progress in meeting the needs of survivors of sexual assault, in raising awareness about abuse in our community, and in educating families and individuals about the prevention of sexual violence. The agency appreciates Kingston's efforts to support such critical community issues and looks forward to continued collaboration and partnership. For more information about the company, please visit www.Kingston.com. RTS appreciates the generosity of the Intero Foundation for its continual support. For three years the Intero Foundation has donated generously to help fund our Sexual Assault Services Program for Children and Youth.
On September 27, 2004, The Intero Foundation presented a check in the amount of $10,000 to Emily Abrams from Rape Trauma Services. The Intero Foundation was founded in 2003 by Intero Real Estate Services, and is funded entirely by agent and staff contributions.
RTS thanks The Junior League of Palo Alto Mid-Peninsula for supporting RTS’ Sexual Assault Services Program for Children and Youth. This grant allows us to continue directly serving child survivors of sexual assault. Specifically, the grant will be used to run our Children’s Support Group for survivors 5-8 years old.
